Rental Costs:
- $75 for Town Resident
- $95 for Non Resident
- + $100 Security Deposit
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking/Vaping in the Community Center is prohibited.
Alcohol: Renter is responsible for abiding by the rules and regulations of the state of Wisconsin in regard to any aspect of alcohol use.
Discipline: Renter is responsible for discipline inside and outside of the Community Center. Parking or driving on the lawn, fireworks, load music and /or disruptive activities prohibited.
Event must be done by 9:00pm.
Decorations: There will be no decorations put on ceilings, walls or woodwork at any time. No tape thumb tacks, etc. is to be used on the walls, ceiling or wood trim.
The Franklin Town Hall building is dedicated in remembrance of the early settlers
who arrived here in the 1800’s. Food, housing and medical care, things we take for granted today, were necessities that they struggled to obtain. A listing of military veterans is posted on the wall.
We ask that you use our building in a way that honors our ancestors and veterans. To do so, please be respectful of our building so it remains available for community activities.
